All vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of end of sale, to avoid a 35 per day storage charge. No guarantee on vehicles. All information is current and up to date. There are no guarantees on title paperwork. All vehicles are sold As Is Where Is with No Warranty of any kind.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa will be accepted.3% will be added on all bankcard payments.

All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. There may be a restocking fee for any unpaid item(s).
