Titling Information:
*Please note there is a 50.00 buyers fee for each item purchased. Vehicles that are sold with title paperwork, Interstate Towing can obtain a Massachusetts title for you for a fee of $175.00 Out of State buyers are strongly encouraged to have us obtain a Massachusetts title on your behalf if you are intending to register and/or title the vehicle in your State. Otherwise all of our vehicles come with titling paperwork.
Payment Terms:
CASH, CREDIT CARD, BUSINESS CHECKS ONLY. ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION. STORAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $35 PER ITEM PER DAY IF NOT PICKED UP AFTER 5 DAYS OF AUCTION.INTERSTATE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID SALE AFTER 10 DAYS

Items are sold where is and how is, all sells are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. There may be a restocking fee for any unpaid item(s).
