Paperwork for vehicles sold after sale for $95.00 : Paperwork for vehicles will assist in application for title, however there is no guarantee : Auction is subject to the storage laws of the state of Kansas. Everything MUST be picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY within 3 days after sale. You are strongly encouraged to view your vehicle before bidding.

Payment Terms:

Payments accepted in cash, check (with bank letter of credit from your bank) Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments must be received within 24 hours after auction ends.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
