Titling Information:

Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paperwork for an additional $100.00 fee that will enable Kansas buyers to obtain a new Kansas title. Title paperwork should produce a Kansas Title, but there are no guarantees on paperwork.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. All payments must be made in Cash or Certified Check. MasterCard, Visa or Discover accepted with a 5% buyers fee. All vehicles must be picked up within 3 days to avoid a $25 per day storage fee.

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.
