Auction Terms
Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. Buyer responsible for Smog and any California registration and titling fees. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt. A storage fee of $35 per day will be charged after 3 business days.
Vehicles must be picked up within 5
days of auction ending.
