Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash or local Business Check. Storage is $35 per vehicle per day if not picked up within 3 days. Seller retains cars after 5 days if no arrangements have been made or if we are unable to contact you.

Auction Terms

All items may be previewed before the start of the auction. There is no inspections after auction has ended. Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. All default buyers will be reported to towlot.com and face a $250 restocking fee per vehicle.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
