Titling Information:
All Public Auto Auction Live vehicles are sold with titles at no additional charge. The majority of vehicles sold have titles available on the spot. Titles are guaranteed within 60 days of purchase. By participating in our auction, you agree that a title(s) could take up to 60 days to be received. Vehicles must be picked up within 2 days by Saturday or a $30 storage fee will be applied each day thereafter. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED

Payment must be received within 2 days of the auction ending. Payments can be made in Cash or Certified Check to be made out to: (Public Auto Auction Live.) Debit/Credit Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted with 5% convenience fee.
Auction Terms

No/Low Reserve Auction, NO BUYERS FEES! Public Auto Auction Live offers mostly new car trade-in vehicles to the general public that are acquired through various exclusive dealer-only auctions, dealership relations, lender repossessions, and insurance companies. These are NOT unclaimed or impounded vehicles. Non-dealer bidders in the state of Kansas will be required to pay 9.1% sales tax at the time of purchase, required by state law. (Licensed vehicle dealers are not required to pay sales tax.) Kansas buyers will receive a sales tax receipt and will not have to pay additional sales tax when registering the vehicle. Titles must be filled out at the time of payment. A Bill-of-sale will be provided at the time of purchase disclosing additional charges for sales tax (if required) & optional temporary tag fee. The bill-of-sale provided from Towlot.com will not show these additional charges. Actual purchasers' name and address must be provided at the time of pick-up. All Public Auto Auction Live vehicles come with a limited Motor & Transmission Warranty and a 60-Day Temporary Tag can be purchased for $50. (A Driver's license and insurance policy number is needed to obtain 60-Day Temporary Tag.) Please note: Vehicles are typically transported to our lot by truck or trailer. We do take most vehicles on a very short highway test drive to do our best to determine if there appear to be any immediate major mechanical issues and disclose that information when found. All vehicles sold in our auction are USED and mechanical, and or cosmetic needed repairs should be expected. As with all vehicles sold on Towlot.com, we encourage you to preview vehicles in person to evaluate overall condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Disclaimer: By placing a bid(s), bidder acknowledges and accepts that the vehicles in our auction have not been mechanically inspected. It is the bidder's responsibility to preview all vehicles in-person to evaluate the overall mechanical and cosmetic condition (we are open Mon-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-Noon for previewing). Vehicle purchases do come with a limited 5% warranty on engine, transmission, and drive shaft for 15 days or 500 miles. Seller accepts no further responsibility for any mechanical defects that are present before or occur after the vehicle has left the lot. Seller accepts no responsibility for any cosmetic defects that are not visible in the pictures posted such as scratches, dents, rust, etc. If noted, each vehicle is taken on a highway test drive for a time period between two-five minutes to determine the overall driving condition and to ensure that the main components such as motor and transmission seem to be in operating condition. Information posted in the Vehicle Description paragraph shall be deemed opinion and not fact. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, and inspect, and/or investigate the vehicle prior to bidding. By placing a bid(s), bidder acknowledges and accepts these terms in their entirety and winning bidder(s) is/are responsible for payment in full and vehicle removal by Saturday at noon following the auction. If the winning bidder does not comply with these terms there will be a minimum of a $250 restocking fee per vehicle purchased or 15% of the final selling price, whichever amount is greater. Failure to do so will result in legal action. There will be a $20 charge for copies of any paperwork lost after the initial transaction. If a title is lost there will be a $150 title replacement fee.
