Non Dealer Buyers in the State of Kansas are required to pay 9.1% sales tax at time of purchase per Kansas State Law (No Exceptions) Kansas buyers will receive a paid sales tax receipt and will not have to pay additional sales tax when registering the vehicle at DMV. Licensed vehicle Dealers are not required to pay sales tax. Optional 60 Day Temp Tags are available for an additional fee of $50. Actual purchasers name and address must be provided at the time of pick up. All Pro-Tow buy it now vehicles come with a Limited Warranty on the motor, transmission, and driveshaft unless otherwise disclosed and stated on the buyers guide located on vehicle. Temp tags will be issued only with a valid drivers license and insurance policy number. We do our best to determine any major mechanical issues found on all vehicles and disclose that information when found. Your mechanic is more than welcome to come with you to evaluate the overall condition that may affect your purchase of the vehicle. All Sales Are Final. All vehicles come with a limited 10% warranty parts and labor on engine, transmission, and drive line for 15 days or 500 miles, which ever comes first. Pro-Tow accepts no further responsibility for any mechanical defects that are present before, or occur after the vehicle has left the lot.
