Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paper work for an additional fee of 100.00 that will enable Kansas buyers to obtain a new Kansas title. If you prefer Lucas Towing LLC can obtain a Kansas title for you for 250.00 Out of State buyers are strongly encouraged to have us obtain the title for you if you are intending to license the vehicle in your State. All vehicles must be picked up within 72 Hours of end of sale, to avoid a 30.00 per day storage charge. No guarantee on vehicles. A

All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. All payments must be made in Cash or Certified Check. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted with 5% buyers fee.

Items are sold where is and how is, all sells are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. There may be a restocking fee for any unpaid item(s).
