Titling Information:

All vehicles have a valid title. Some vehicles have a clean title, some are rebuilt salvage, and some are salvage titles. See each vehicle listing for details. Please come inspect vehicles before bidding. Kansas non-dealer buyers will be charged 7.15% sales tax.

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa will be accepted

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. Loading available for an extra charge. Saturday pickup will be available on the 2 Saturdays following auction.

Vehicles must be picked up within 10 days of auction ending.
