Every vehicle is sold with a title- Please be aware that all vehicles sold to only non dealer Kansas residents will have an additional 9.125 sales tax due at purchase.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, OR Wire-Transfer will be accepted. Unclaimed items will result in $350 restocking fee and being banned from towlot.com. Unpaid bidder's are sent to collection. By bidding you agree to these terms.

Auction Terms

Items are sold where is and how is, all sells are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. There is a restocking fee for any unpaid item(s).

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
