Titling Information:

Applicable buyers are required to pay Kansas Sales Tax on vehicles with titles. Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paper work for an additional fee of 150.00 that will enable Kansas buyers to obtain a new Kansas title, All sales are “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” there are NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. Paperwork to obtain title is $150.00 per vehicle. There is NO GUARANTEE the paperwork we provide will obtain a title for you in your state. Please check with your state for title requirement

Payment Terms:

All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. All payments must be made in Cash.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All cars must be picked up within 3 days after auction to avoid storage fees.Unclaimed items will be billed a $250.00 restocking fee plus the cost of collection fees. By bidding you agree to these terms.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
