VEHICLE WILL BE NOTED IF THEY HAVE A TITLE OR POSSESSORY LIEN PAPERWORK THAT WILL ENABLE A KANSAS TITLE. OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS PURCHASE TITLE PAPERWORK AT YOUR OWN RISK, PAPERWORK IS NOT MANDATORY BUT HAS A $150 FEE FOR PAPERWORK WHETHER IT IS A TITLE OR TITLE PAPERWORK. REPRODUCTIONS OF LOST PAPERWORK COME AT A SECONDARY $150 FEE. ALL VEHICLES LOCATED AT 4839 MERRIAM DRIVE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN VEHICLE DESCRIPTION. ALL FEES ARE CASH ONLY.

IN PERSON VIEWING TIMES ARE FROM 2PM-4PM ONLY ON THE DAY BEFORE THE LIGHTNING ROUND. Items are sold where is and how is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. There may be a restocking fee for any unpaid item(s). Look at vehicle description to determine which of our lots the vehicle is at. We have two locations, one at 4839 Merriam Dr in Overland Park and one at 750 N. Rogers Rd in Olathe.

Vehicles must be picked up within 2 days of auction ending.
