Titling Information:

Fee of $150 includes paperwork to obtain a title and keys if available. A clean title or the ability to produce a title is NEVER guaranteed. PAPERWORK IS AVAILABLE FOR 60 DAYS ONLY AND MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY. KEYS ARE NOT SOLD SEPARATELY NO EXCEPTIONS Vehicles need to be picked up within 2 business days to avoid storage fees. Unclaimed items will be billed a $250.00 restocking fee plus the cost of collection fees. By bidding you agree to these terms.

PAPERWORK IS AVAILABLE FOR 60 DAYS ONLY. Items are sold as is and where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. A $250 restocking fee will be applied to your account if you neglect to retrieve the items that were won on your account. Your ID will also be banned from future auctions thru Towlot.com . Unpaid stocking fees will be sent to collections at your cost.

Vehicles must be picked up within 2 days of auction ending.
