AGREEMENT:
By bidding on items sold through towlot.com you are entering into a contract that is legally binding. A winning bidder who neglects to fulfill his or her obligation in the completion of the transaction will have their account suspended, be charged a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of a $250 fee and also subject to prosecution in civil court.
