Paperwork for vehicles will be sold after the sale for $150.00 : Certificate of Compliance for vehicles will assist in applying for new title, however there is no guarantee: Auction is subject to the storage laws of the state of Kansas. You are strongly encouraged to view your vehicle before bidding. Please contact JIM at our office to schedule an appointment to preview vehicles.

Payment Terms:

Payments accepted in cash, check (with bank letter of credit from your bank) Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments must be received within 24 hours after auction ends. Vehicles must be removed within 3 business days.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
