All vehicles are sold with clean and clear transferable titles. We will provide notorized bills of sale with every vehicle.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due before vehicle is released. Cash, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Americnan Express will be accepted in person and a 4% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
