Titling Information:

Key fee attached to listing if applicable. All vehicles must be picked up within 4 business days of the scheduled auction date. Next 2 business days will be subject to $25 storage fee per vehicle. Buyers that have not picked up their purchased vehicles within 7 business days of the completed auction including that auction day counting as day 1, will be turned over to Towlot

Payment Terms:

Cash, Cashier’s Check or Money Order paid in person within 4 business days. Card is subject to a %5 Fee. All vehicles must be paid in full before taking any vehicle off of our lot

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within 4 days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. All vehicles are taxed at the rate of 6.1 % unless Dealers license has been sent to Tow Lot prior to auction for tax exemptions

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
