Titling Information:

All listed vehicles at Whitfield Towing Service are sold with titles at no additional charge. The majority of vehicles sold have titles available on the spot. Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days after purchase or a $45 storage fee will be applied each day thereafter.

Payment Terms:

Payments must be made at 1452 Jimmie Kerr Rd Haw River, NC. Cash or Credit: Master Card, Visa, AMEX (5% processing fee will be added to sale price of vehicle or item). Personal Checks, Business Checks and Cashiers Checks Are Not Accepted

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.

Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days of auction ending.
