Titling Information:

Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paper work for an additional Mandatory fee of 150.00 that will enable ARKANSAS buyers to obtain a new ARKANSAS title, All sales are “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” there are NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. Paperwork to obtain title is $150.00 per vehicle MANDATORY. There is NO GUARANTEE the paperwork we provide will obtain a title for you in your state. Please check with your state for title requirements.

Payment Terms:

All Payments must be paid in cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express taken with a 5% buyers fee. If paying with credit card, buyer must have credit card in the name of purchaser and a current drivers license.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. Must have drivers license if paying by credit cards

Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days of auction ending.
