Applicable buyers are required to pay Kansas Sales Tax on vehicles with titles. Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paper work for an additional fee of $100.00. This will enable Kansas buyers to obtain a new Kansas title, All sales are “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” there are NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. Paperwork to obtain title is $100.00 per vehicle. There is NO GUARANTEE the paperwork we provide will obtain a title for you in your state. Please check with your state for title requireme

Payment Terms:

All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. All payments must be made in Cash or approved check. Buyers must provide identification with purchase.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All cars must be picked up within 3 days after auction to avoid storage fees.Unclaimed items will be billed a $100 restocking fee plus the cost of collection fees. By bidding you agree to these terms.
