Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within 2 days of auction end or will be assessed a $45/day storage charge and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. MUST HAVE A APPOINTMENT FOR VIEWING AND PICKING UP. ALL CARS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN TWO DAYS OF AUCTION IF NOT STORAGE GOES BACK TO DAY AFTER AUCTION @ 45 PER DAY
