Vehicles being sold with no title will have title paper work for an additional fee of 150.00 that will enable Kansas buyers to obtain a new Kansas title, All sales are “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” there are NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. Paperwork to obtain title is $150.00 per vehicle. There is NO GUARANTEE the paperwork we provide will obtain a title for you in your state. Please check with your state for title requirements. You must agree to all sale disclosures and be registered user of www.TowLot.c

Payment Terms:

All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. All payments must be made in Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted with 5% buyers fee.

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.
