All vehicles are sold “as-is” meaning that we do not guarantee the vehicles odometer reading, will start, run, or drive. Buyers should not assume that running vehicles are road-worthy or can be operated safely in their current condition. All vehicles should be inspected by a qualified professional before they are driven on public roads. **Winning Bidders Must be present and Pay All Winning Bids In One Payment** ALL E- TITLES WILL HAVE THE BUYERS NAME PRINTED ON PAPERWORK AT THE TIME OF PICK UP

All items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. We do not guarantee title brands, it is the sole responsibility for all buyers to verify title brands themselves prior to purchasing vehicles. All auction items must be picked up 3 business days of scheduled auction date *day 1 is the auction day* and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. Vehicles not picked up at the end of the 3 days will be charged a $50.00 per day storage fee. After 7 days, the buyer will be reported to TOW LOT and will be forfeited from the sale. WE DON’T LOAD VEHICLES ON TRUCKS, TRAILERS, ETC.

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending.
