As of March 21, 2024, titles processed through abandoned vehicles will be marked as "c-box"/ Not Actual mile titles. This means the title will show "not actual milage."
We, along with our sellers, are committed to providing as much and as accurate information on our listed vehicles as possible. The Arizona DOT can best answer any questions
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, Card, and Business Checks are accepted forms of payment. (5% card processing fee will be added to the sale price of the vehicle) all vehicles and lots have a $100 buyer fee.
Auction Terms
All items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. We do not guarantee title brands, it is the sole responsibility for all buyers to verify title brands themselves prior to purchasing vehicles. Seller name on vehicle titles will be from one of our various towing entites or vehicle consignors name.
All auction items must be picked up 3 business days of scheduled auction date *day 1 is the auction day* and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details. Vehicles not picked up at the end of the 3 days of the auction will be reported back to Towlot and the vehicle will not be sold to the winning bidder. **Winning Bidders Must be present and Pay All Winning Bids In One Payment** ALL E- TITLES WILL HAVE THE BUYERS NAME PRINTED ON PAPERWORK AT THE TIME OF PICK UP...
