Titling Information:

All vehicles have titles at no extra charge. All titles are present and will be assigned at the time cars are claimed. If paying with a Certified/Cashier Check, the title will be held until check clears.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, Check. MasterCard and Visa will be accepted with a 4% fee.

Auction Terms

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.

Vehicles must be picked up within 4 days of auction ending.
