This does not mean that the vehicle is roadworthy, just that it moved a short distance (<15’) forward and back under its own power. “Cranks/No Start”: This means we were able to get the vehicle to power up and the engine to crank but it did not start and stay running on its own. “Runs/No drive”: We were able to get the vehicle to start and stay running but it would not go into gear or would not move.
