All sales are “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS” there are NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. We make every attempt to accurately describe vehicles and their condition. We make every attempt to take pictures that accurately display the condition of the vehicle. The following are terms we use to describe vehicles: “Runs/drives”: This means that we have gotten the vehicle to start, go into a forward gear and reverse gear and move forward and back a couple feet. This does not mean that the vehicle is roadworthy, just that it moved a short distance (<15’) forward and back under its own power. “Cranks/No Start”: This means we were able to get the vehicle to power up and the engine to crank but it did not start and stay running on its own. “Runs/No drive”: We were able to get the vehicle to start and stay running but it would not go into gear or would not move. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO COME DO YOUR OWN INSPECTION OF VEHICLES YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!!! WE ARE NOT MECHANICS, BUT WE WILL ATTEMPT TO DISCLOSE ANY KNOWN MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES.
